Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your portraits, and you choose not to order prints or products or accept a free product
offer, Dream Catcher Photo will gladly refund your retainer fee or apply the fee to
a future sitting.* Due to the custom nature of our business, once prints or products are ordered, they are non-refundable, except for
printing defects. Ordering prints or products constitutes an agreement by
the purchaser to pay for said order. All sales are final excepting
manufacturing defects.
* We reserve the right to limit the frequency of this offer
being available per customer. Shipping fees and return shipping fees are
non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds must be made in the same payment method as original payment, i.e. Interac, Visa, cash.
Wedding Booking Policy
A wedding is not confirmed and booked until a retainer is received by
Dream Catcher Photo and a contract is signed by both the client and a
representative from Dream Catcher Photo. The standard retainer is $250.00
with the balance of the service fees due one week prior to the wedding.
Prints and products are payable at the time of ordering. Payments can be
made at any point prior to the wedding. The retainer is due at signing and
the balance is due one week prior to the wedding. Weddings not paid in
full prior to the wedding day will forfeit their retainer and may not
receive coverage -- at the discretion of Dream Catcher Photography.

Retainer/Print Credit Expiry
In order to ensure we cover the costs associated with providing our
fantastic clients with their session, print credit/retainer payments
made at the time of the session must be used up within 90 days of the
session. If all, or any portion, of the retainer remains after 90
days, that amount will be applied as a session fee and will no longer be
available to the client as a print/product credit. Any items
purchased after the 90 day period will require full payment as no credit
will exist.
